TRIP REPORT | Qatar Airways A340-600 (ECONOMY) | Doha to Bangkok | Empty Flight Trip Report of my Qatar Airways Airbus A340-600 flight from Doha, Qatar to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, Thailand in Economy Class! Come and join me on this great 7 hour long overnight flight from Doha to Bangkok. The Airbus A340-600 aircraft operating that day was not fully booked which is great for passenger comfort. This time I would have prefered a different cabin layout than 2-4-2 (like on this A340) because sleeping was difficult even though I had 2 seats for myself. The service onboard was good as usual. It started off with only a small pastry service which is good considering the time was 4 a.m.. After a few hours of sleep when we were two hours away from our destination the meal (brunch) was served. I went for the sweet option as you can see in the video. All in all both flights on that day (Qatar Airways A380 London - Doha: https://youtu.be/MZv54ssUQpw ) were great. A positive surprise was the amenity kit handed out to every Economy Class passenger (because it was a night flight). My Seats for the wing view were 26A and 38A.
