TRIP REPORT | Air Baltic Airbus A220-300 (ECONOMY) | Berlin Tegel to Riga | Empty Flight! Trip Report of my Air Baltic Airbus A220-300 flight from Berlin Tegel to Riga Airport in Economy Class! This flight had everything an aviation fan like me could ask for. A brand new aircraft with modern interior. A great crew that could realise my requests (to change the mood lights and let me sit in Business class for a better view, a visit to the cockpit after landing) :D The flight time from Berlin to Riga was 1h20minutes. That Saturday morning only 48 passengers were onboard which is unusual for a popular route like this (Air Baltic operates 2-3 flights a day). The onboard service started shortly after takeoff but like on most European airlines you have to pay extra for food and drinks... I bought an orange juice and a piece of cake for breakfast. Have you already flown on Air Baltic and/or the Airbus A220 (ex Bombardier CS300)? If you have let me know your thoughts about the product.
