TRIP REPORT | SAUDIA AIRLINES (Business) | Milan - Jeddah | Full Experience | Airbus A320 | Asia #2 TRIP REPORT of my Saudia Airlines Business Class flight from Milan Malpensa to Jeddah aboard their Airbus A320 aircraft. This 5 hour long medium-haul flight is operated by a narrow-body aircraft which isn't the best option in terms of comfort most of the time. However I found the seats in a 2-2 configuration like Saudi Airlines offers them acceptable for a flight like this. The soft product (service) of Saudia impressed me by the amount of amenities they give you even on this rather short day flight. Overall they helped make a long journey (just stopping in Jeddah) much more comfortable. The meal onboard was not the worst and not the best but I still liked many aspects of their service. Keep in mind that Saudia is a DRY airline (no alcohol). After the flight a seperate VIP bus picked up all the Business Class guests and brought us to the terminal. In Jeddah I went to the Lounge while waiting for my connecting flight to Jakarta, Indonesia aboard their 777-300ER (also in Business Class).
