AIRBUS A340 BLADE | Full Cabin Tour including the A340 Cockpit, Cabin & Outside Views! A special guest on ILA 2018 Air Show in Berlin was the AIRBUS A340 BLADE (F-WWAI; MSN 001; first ever built A340, now modified for testing). I took the great opportunity to see how the aircraft looks on the inside - surprisingly they have removed most of the paneling you would see on a normal jet liner. The LAMINAR FLOW project monitors the air flow over the wings and tries to reduce turbulence (in air flow) to reduce the fuel consumption.
